Product introduction
The equipment is a process in which the carbon fiber preform is placed in a reaction chamber, and the process gas is subjected to a series of chemical reactions such as dehydrogenation, cyclization and polycondensation at high temperature, and the generated carbon atoms are continuously accumulated on the surface of the carbon fiber to form pyrolytic carbon. With the continuous deposition or infiltration of pyrolytic carbon, the porous preform is densified and enhanced. This process requires repetition of multiple deposition cycles.
