1. Position: Mechanical Designer

Responsibilities:

1. According to customer needs, complete the design of three-dimensional models and two-dimensional drawings of new equipment;

2. Responsible for the preparation of program documents, design output and archiving at all stages of the new product development process;

3. According to the use of equipment on the customer site, the existing equipment is upgraded;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design or other related engineering;

2. With strong mechanical design ability, skilled use of SolidWorks, EB electronic board, AutoCAD and other design software, can independently complete the design of equipment and parts;

3. Experience in product design and project management is preferred;

4. With vacuum equipment, vacuum transmission mechanism, thermal field design, manufacturing experience, familiar with vacuum pump and other accessories is preferred;

2. Position: Electrical Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development and design of the vacuum high temperature furnace control system, including the electrical system scheme and electrical parts selection, overall layout and electrical schematic diagram, wiring diagram design; Ensure the safety and reliability of the electrical system;

2. Responsible for customer site hardware and software debugging;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in electrical automation, electrical engineering, industrial electrical automation, etc;

2. Familiar with the use of industrial products, with more than 3 years of automation design experience, debugging experience;

3. Familiar with electrical design standards and specifications, proficient in at least one mainstream PLC programming (Siemens preferred) and configuration software programming (WINCC and Hyde configuration preferred). Can independently complete the selection of common electrical components, skilled in operating AutoCAD or EPLAN for electrical drawing;

4. Experience in product design and project management is preferred;

5. Good communication and coordination skills and team spirit;

3. Position: Equipment Assembly Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for assisting the department head to carry out the guiding work of the company's equipment assembly and debugging;

2. Be responsible for preparing and summarizing the records and assessment documents generated during equipment assembly and adjustment;

3. Responsible for part of the daily management work;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Familiar with the use of word, Excel and other office software;

3. Have strong practical operation ability, can assemble equipment according to 2D drawings, and can guide assembly personnel;

4. With processing, assembly workshop work experience is preferred;

5. Take the initiative, serious and responsible, have a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for completing the assembly, debugging and acceptance of the company's equipment at the customer site;

2. Be responsible for recording and recording the problems found in the process of equipment assembly and debugging;

3. Responsible for the fitter (punching, tapping, cutting) maintenance of some simple parts;

4. Responsible for equipment customer site after-sales service;

Requirements:

1. Have the ability to install and debug conventional mechanical structures;

2. Able to read assembly structure drawings and have certain fitter operation ability;

3. Have certain electrical assembly ability and machine debugging ability;

4. Can assemble equipment mechanism according to 2D drawings, carry out electrical control on equipment according to electrical diagram/circuit diagram, and have strong debugging ability,
