On November 1, Type III horizontal high-temperature purification equipment was successfully sent to Hunan customer site!
The equipment is a new type of equipment developed by the company for the semiconductor industry, using resistive heating, with purification process formula, can be fully automatic high purity treatment of carbon-based materials.
On November 2, 3 sets of type III high-temperature purification equipment were successfully sent to Shanghai and Hunan customer sites!
The furnace type has excellent performance and the ultimate vacuum degree of the equipment can reach 0.05pa. It can not only achieve graphite purification ash ≤ 5ppm, but also achieve boron and aluminum double element contents ≤ 0.01ppm. The purification effect is good. It can be applied to the purification of carbon-based materials such as graphite soft/hard felt, carbon carbon carbon, graphite block/powder, etc.
Fighting for 60 days, riveting enough energy will not stop!
